Carlton Tower Hotel Dubai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel during my visit to Dubai. The location was absolutely perfect as it was situated near the airport and the central business area. It was also right in the center of the old town, allowing me to experience the true essence of Dubai. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff available throughout the day. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met. Furthermore, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, providing a perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

Great location close to metro, souks and creek. Room cleanliness was excellent, and the suite was spacious. Generous buffet breakfast with egg options. Staff were efficient and polite, with special mention to Meliza, Moustafa and the breakfast team. Poolside restaurant was also enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being right in front of the creek and close to the old market. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making me feel at ease throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. transportation was easy to access due to the hotel's proximity to the CBD area, as well as the availability of regular cabs for a reasonable price.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the bustling markets and close to the airport. The views of the creek were fine, especially from the poolside bar where I enjoyed some delicious dining.

There were a couple of negatives. the gym didn't open until 9am, I couldn't do my usual morning workout.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Plus, the attention to detail and amenities, like the in-room safe and mini-bar, made my stay incredibly comfortable.

The hotel suffers from wear-and-tear issues, with old furniture and a lack of maintenance.

The location of the hotel was great, close to many attractions and easily accessible. The facilities offered were also good, with a variety of amenities available to use. the manager was very accommodating and resolved any issues we had with an excellent approach.

Housekeeping was a problem. They were unresponsive and didn't fulfill our requests even after promising to do so.

The room was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. We had an issue with our credit card at check-in, and the staff were very helpful in resolving it. The pool was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast selection was great.

The early check-in was a nice touch after a long flight. Conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Our room had a lovely view and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep.

I recently stayed at Carlton Tower for the fourth time, and I just had to write a review this time. I want to commend Mr. Shine for his excellent service, he was super polite and handsome too! Thanks to him, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. I was lucky to get a room on the 10th floor, which has been fully renovated and has a super cool interior decoration. It was a refreshing change and I loved it. The staff, including Mr. Shine, were all very friendly and the new rooms are definitely worth the money.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the Metro. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a chef who cooks fresh eggs to order. The staff is polite, efficient, and helpful. Room cleanliness is top-notch and the upgrade to a suite was a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and is a quick taxi ride to Dubai mall. Situated in the old town, it is perfect for a leisurely stroll and has a nice view of the seaside. The staff was welcoming upon arrival and room service was quick to respond to any requests.

The gym at the hotel was not up to par, with poor equipment and lack of cleanliness.

The towels were changed everyday, ensuring freshness and cleanliness throughout my stay. The soft pillows and clean sheets provided a fantastic night's sleep. The A/C unit was old but kept the room nice and cool. The view of the creek added a touch of serenity to my experience.
